i found the location very convenient, near shops and attractions. the reception and bar staff were helpful. the architecture nearby offered plenty to see. i booked a suite that featured calming colors and lovely design details. i slept very well in the large king bed.

the rooftop deck provided a nice respite. it had very comfortable seating options and a lovely view, a great spot to unwind after walking. the building itself was attractive. i saw great rooms and bathrooms.

the bar, café madrid, was lively. it offered a great range of cocktails. the staff there were friendly and efficient. i also had a welcome drink at the bar. a bottle of wine was left in my room on the third day.

staff in all areas were great, and the room was cleaned every day. they provided fresh towels and water in the fridge. the reception staff were helpful. they all looked to be happy doing their jobs. housekeeping was also spotlessly clean.

i noticed that the elevator could be a bit slow during peak hours. this sometimes caused a slight delay, especially when many guests were checking in or out.

i had a superior double room . the location was convenient for accessing various points of interest (i walked most of the time).
